About Me
My approach to therapy is one that meets you where you are. In this space we will collaborate from a place of curiosity, explore your individual needs, and work together to formulate a plan that best fits you. In our first meeting, I invite you to sit down with me, ask questions, and get a felt sense for whether we might be a good fit. The level of connection and the likelihood of positive therapeutic outcomes relies heavily on your level of comfort. I strive to provide a holding space that is calm, comfortable, and compassionate. To provide a space for you to be you. I work with adults in individual therapy in person and online. I originally trained in EMDR in 2007 through The EMDR Institute under Roger Solomon and retrained in 2022 under Kara Nossardi. I am currently under consultation working toward my EMDRIA Certification.
