About Me
Emily is a BIPOC Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with people who have experienced trauma, have been impacted by experiences that keep them stuck and unable to move forward in ways they want to. She also supports those who have experienced grief, loss, anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, attachment, adoption, and adverse experiences related to race, culture, identity. Emily utilizes many modalities with EMDR to support her clients including Somatic Techniques, Reiki, Sound Healing and Yoga. Emily is currently an EMDR Consultant in Training, expected to be a full EMDR Consultant in May 2026.
Education & Experience
Emily has her Clinical Licensure of Social Work (LICSW) in Washington state in 2021. She received her Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2016 and her Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology in 2007, both from the University of Washington. Emily also is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT 200), a Reiki Master Practitioner and uses sound healing in her practice.
