About Me

As an EMDR International Association-Certified Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, distressing life experiences, and maladaptive beliefs that continue to impact present-day functioning. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to EMDR therapy, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to process painful experiences and move toward lasting healing.

I have extensive experience implementing EMDR with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across a wide range of presenting concerns, including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational distress, negative self-beliefs, and difficulties rooted in adverse childhood experiences. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma related to childhood experiences, family dynamics, attachment wounds, and early relational patterns.

In addition to trauma recovery, I have significant experience utilizing EMDR to help individuals struggling with people-pleasing patterns, low self-worth, and difficulties with self-confidence. My work focuses on helping clients reprocess the experiences that contribute to self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and unhelpful relational patterns while fostering empowerment, resilience, and healthier core beliefs.

I believe EMDR can be a powerful tool not only for trauma resolution but also for promoting meaningful personal growth, emotional freedom, and deeper self-understanding. I am dedicated to tailoring EMDR treatment to meet each client’s unique needs while supporting them in building confidence, healing unresolved wounds, and creating lasting change.
