Hi, I'm Emma! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma-informed care for adolescents and young adults. My experience is rooted in working with youth, young adults and families navigating the weight of trauma, difficult life stressors, interpersonal violence, sexual assault and the kind of pain that doesn't always have an easy name. Trauma has a way of showing up in unexpected places, in relationships, and in the body - and I'd be honored to help you move forward in a way that feels safe and meaningful for you.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Social Work from New York University and am certified in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and play therapy. I always approach my sessions with a strengths-based lens. I believe progress looks different for everyone, and that the small shifts matter just as much as the big ones.
