About Me
Eric A. Haynes is a Licensed Master Social Worker - Clinical and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He is a graduate of Wayne State University. He specializes in providing psychotherapy to individuals (age 16+) experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use and addiction issues, mood disorders, relationship dynamics, and trauma (PTSD). No single treatment approach is right for every client. Eric has a client-centered approach which is psychodynamic and process oriented. He utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Flash technique, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy in his practice.
