I love helping adult individuals find the hope, healing, and growth they are looking for and believe anyone can achieve their goals if they are willing to put in the necessary work. I specialize in complex and attachment trauma, depression, and addictions. I am also working towards becoming an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
Education & Experience
I graduated with a Master's in Counseling 05/2015 from Colorado Christian University. I then worked in community mental health for 4 years and started my own private practice in 2019.
