About Me
I am native to NC and received both my bachelors and MSW in NC. I have a background in both non-profit work educating teens and adults on interpersonal violence prevention and human trafficking. As a clinician, I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with trauma histories, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship stressors, abuse, self-esteem, boundaries and other issues. I strongly believe everyone has things to work through. My goal is to support clients in reaching the healthy therapeutic and life goals they identify for themselves, in order to lead a more whole, fulfilling life. Also, my coping skills are baking, caffeine, and Karaoke.
