About Me
I am a NYC-based, trauma-focused therapist with expertise in providing affirming psychotherapy to LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC communities. I am trained and certified in both EMDR therapy and clinical hypnosis with additional intermediate (level 2) training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Ego-State Therapy. After graduating from Columbia University, I completed my post-graduate training in integrative trauma treatment and psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy where I previously served as a clinical supervisor and faculty member. My approach integrates insight-oriented and somatic approaches to facilitate the mind-body connection as part of healing.
