About Me
I’m a trauma-informed therapist, EMDRIA certified, and a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist). I specialize in helping people navigate the impact of trauma — especially relational trauma — and the ways it can echo through our lives, our relationships, and our sense of self. My approach centers on healing from the inside out, so that you can move from surviving to truly living.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have a professional background in addiction recovery and community mental health. Whether it’s longstanding attachment wounds, toxic relationship cycles, or the weight of developmental or systemic trauma, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to do the deep work. My practice is rooted in anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ allied values — because healing requires safety, dignity, and belonging. Above all, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves — to understand how past pain has shaped them, and to build a more present, joyful, and authentic life from that understanding.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am also licensed in CT, NJ, VT, ME, and FL.
