About Me
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of carrying it all on your own, you’re in the right place. I believe mental health care should be compassionate, inclusive, and real—where you can show up exactly as you are, no filters required.
I work with teens, adults, individuals, and couples navigating trauma, mental health concerns, and substance use. My approach is trauma-informed, IFS-informed, and integrates EMDR, CBT, and DBT to support meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve been through, build practical coping strategies, and create space for growth that actually feels sustainable.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it doesn’t have to feel intimidating. I aim to make the process simple, supportive, and approachable from the very first contact. Whether you reach out by phone or email, I’m here to answer your questions and help you feel comfortable getting started.
