About Me
As a compassionate and collaborative mental health therapist, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where trust can flourish. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges, whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or significant life transitions. Together, we will explore your unique strengths, challenges, and goals, working to develop practical coping skills that empower you to feel more in control of your life. My goal is to support your journey toward healing, resilience, and a future filled with confidence and meaningful growth.
Drawing from evidence-based interventions, including strength-based approaches, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices, I help create a personalized map to help you facilitate meaningful change.
