About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker and yoga instructor in East Aurora, NY. I enjoy working with adults of all ages to address trauma, anxiety, mood and substance use issues. I am passionate about helping my clients live their lives to the fullest, addressing any obstacles in their way. I am also passionate about bringing the practice of yoga to people in recovery from substance use disorders and/or codependent relationships. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dog in the woods, paddle boarding, and relaxing with a good book.
Education & Experience
I have been in practice for over 20 years, working in a variety of settings including the Department of Children and Families in Boston, home based services with youth and families, and outpatient substance use treatment with adolescents and young adults at Massachusetts General Hospital. I have been in private practice in Cambridge, MA and Providence, RI since 2016. I recently moved back to my hometown of Buffalo, NY. I offer in person sessions in East Aurora, NY. I provide telehealth EMDR sessions to clients residing in MA, RI, and NY.
