About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can feel supported in their healing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, affirming, and tailored to the individual, not one-size-fits-all.

As an EMDR therapist, I help clients process painful or overwhelming experiences so they can feel less stuck and more grounded in the present. My work is client-centered and informed by attachment, somatic awareness, and a strengths-based perspective. I value authenticity in the therapy relationship and strive to help clients feel truly seen, understood, and empowered.

I view healing as possible for everyone, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
