I am a creative and compassionate clinical social worker with 17 years' experience helping individuals recover from Generalized Anxiety, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I find joy in empowering individuals to set and achieve goals to help reclaim their lives and to attain a greater sense of wholeness.
