About Me
Erin is a psychotherapist (LCSW) who provides trauma-focused and nervous system-informed care to people who work and play in wild spaces. She specializes in supporting anxiety, depression, sports performance, chronic pain, and stress injury / trauma. She uses a strengths-based approach to identify what is going well and what you would like to change.
Erin loves working with folks who deal with demanding or high-performance jobs, volunteer roles, and athletes. This includes First Responders, healthcare professionals, outdoor guides, ski patrol, Search and Rescue, avalanche professionals, elite and recreational athletes, and anyone who is driven to perform their unique calling at a high level.
Education & Experience
Erin earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University in 2010. She has training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In 2022, she pursued a Post-graduate Certificate in Sport Social Work from the University of Michigan to further support athletes. Erin provides careful assessment and invites collaboration with you to determine how best to meet your unique needs.
