Sea Glass Counseling and Consultation is an EMDR therapy private practice near Columbus, Ohio. We offer holistic, effective online therapy for women navigating the crossroads of faith, trauma, sexuality, and relationships. We specialize in using virtual EMDR therapy to help women suffering from stress and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, self esteem, relationship concerns, purity culture deconstruction and recovery, and sex therapy for Christians. We use EMDR Intensives, psychotherapy, somatic work, and simple life changes to help you feel supported and empowered as you work towards your goals. We are based out of Dublin, OH, but provide confidential online therapy for women all over Ohio. In my free time, I enjoy living a fun-filled life with my husband and puppies, friends, and family. I love to be outdoors and try to spend as much time as possible hiking, camping, and traveling. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and exploring local eateries.
