About Me
I was the Director of the Counseling & Wellness Center at Columbus College of Art & Design for just over 10 years before starting my private practice. I especially like working with artists, designers, and other creatives, neurodiverse folks, and LGBTQIA+ folks. I integrate a lot of iRest Yoga Nidra meditation approaches in my EMDR work with clients, and I am a Level 2 iRest Teacher, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
Education & Experience
I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at The Ohio State University, and I completed my master's program in 2010. I have worked in an alcohol and drug treatment center with mandated youth, college mental health, and private practice. I completed practicum experiences in the K-12 system and in an outdoor/adventure therapy setting.
