I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist based in Cuernavaca, Mexico, working primarily online with clients worldwide. I specialize in evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am the only EMDR-certified therapist in Cuernavaca by EMDR México and hold advanced credentials including CTP-IV and Certified Psychotraumatologist (International PsychoTraumatology Association, 2026–2029).

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply human.
