About Me
I believe everyone deserves to be happy and live life to the fullest potential. I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma and develop effective ways to deal with stress. My guess is you are here because you want to have healthy relationships, feel understood, work on academic and career goals, or just feel less consumed by your thoughts. I want to assure you that despite the negative experiences you have had, or challenges you continue to experience, you are more capable of making changes in your life than you realize. Although you might feel stuck, you are not trapped. I am happy to be here for you, guide you through the healing process, and help you make long-lasting changes.
