Dr. Eugenia Dubus, PhD
(she/her)
Preferred Name: Eugenia
About Me
I believe in goal-oriented therapy. Early in our work together we will strive to identify specific things you want to change in your life, so we can evaluate along the way whether our strategies are working or need to be tweaked. I think you should be an active participant in your journey towards the life that you want, rather than a “patient” receiving treatment. My role is to offer my expertise as you find your way toward your own goals.
Education & Experience
Dr. Dubus obtained her Ph.D. from the Graduate Center, CUNY with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. She completed her postdoctoral training on the assessment and treatment of trauma at the World Trade Center Mental Health Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital. Since then she has held multiple leadership positions in forensic programs and hospital-based programs in New York City before starting PACS. She is currently a faculty member at Mount Sinai Hospital.
