About Me
I'm a first generation Latina (Salvadoran/Mexican roots) therapist who uses a race based trauma and social justice lens in my trauma treatment. I believe that all BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) deserves the opportunity to heal and thrive. I welcome people of all backgrounds and orientations.
I’m currently offering EMDR Intensives that are comprised of longer sessions for 1-3 consecutive days. This is a great option for the person who wants to dive in deep quickly on a particular topic or theme, gain momentum in understanding the issues, and resolving major blocks.
Some special topics and themes I treat the most:
Workplace Stress and Trauma
Imposter phenomenon
Childhood trauma and abuse
Racial trauma and stress
Car accidents
Violence
Maternal Mental Health, Pregnancy and Infant Loss, Traumatic birth
Money trauma and wounds, shifting scarcity mindset
High achieving women of color
Burnout
Entrepreneurship stress and trauma
