35+ years working in medicine from emergency room to home care and hospice with every setting in between. Foundational practice in intimate partner abuse and officer of the Court as Child Protective Services Social Worker. I specialize in medical complexity, solid organ transplantation specifically, existential crisis with near death experiences and “clinically dead” people who come back. Specific competencies in working with adults who had pediatric chronic illness that carries over into adult conditions.
