EMDRIA Certified Therapist™

Online Therapy

About Me

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Miami, Florida. I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My approach combines EMDR therapy with insight-oriented, person-centered counseling. I believe that understanding our experiences is valuable, but meaningful healing often requires going beyond insight to address the underlying memories, beliefs, and emotional patterns that keep us stuck.

I strive to create a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to grow. My goal is to help people move beyond painful experiences, develop healthier relationships, and experience greater confidence, emotional freedom, and peace in their lives.

I offer therapy in English and Spanish, both in person in Miami and virtually throughout Florida.

Education & Experience

My professional education includes graduate-level counseling training at Boston College, specialized EMDR training through the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Programs (EMDR HAP), and studies in Spiritual Psychology through the University of Santa Monica.

I completed EMDR Basic Training in 2018 and have continued pursuing advanced clinical education in trauma treatment, EMDR, and approaches to treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

My continuing education reflects my commitment to integrating evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, holistic understanding of emotional healing and personal growth.
