About Me

Fiona, an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, has over twenty years of international experience in Ireland, Singapore, Germany, China, the United Kingdom, and beyond. As the Director of New Leaf Counselling and Integrative Health, she is a strong advocate for the transformative impact of holistic healthcare that addresses all aspects of mental and physical well-being.

Fiona’s long-time clients have consulted her for support and guidance through several chapters of their lives, particularly those who have experienced significant life transitions or relocations that come with a sense of “culture shock.” They continue working with her because of her empathetic, constructive, and deeply invested approach to counselling. Through her work with her clients, she has learned what is truly possible for them, whether they face challenges at work or struggle in their romantic relationships.

Fiona’s guiding motto, both in her client work and her personal life, is “This too shall pass.” She does not use this phrase to diminish the challenges we face or the pain we feel but to acknowledge that life is a series of seasons, each with its own unique blend of ease and challenge, flow and turbulence, elation and despair. The key to flourishing is learning to accept and live in harmony with life’s passing seasons.

New Leaf Counselling in Singapore pioneers an integrative, bespoke pursuit of holistic wellness through various forms of therapeutic support, evidence-backed interventions, and lifestyle-focused coaching to ensure all elements of a client’s healing journey are aligned in service of their best self. We combine the highest levels of professional support, proven scientific techniques, and day-to-day habit formation and lifestyle tweaks to help our clients thrive, no matter their circumstances.
