About Me
I work with individuals 16+ to older adults and specialize in LGBTQIA+ and their allies. I have extensive experience helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, life transitions and animal grief. I will also use LGBTQIA and Ethical non-monogamy (ENM) affirming approaches when appropriate. I offer therapy sessions online and in person if you like to walk and talk. As a person-centered, EMDR trained and trauma informed therapist, I strive to create a safe space where perceived vulnerabilities and imperfections can be redefined and embraced as positive catalysts to healing energy and authentic growth. I believe human beings are worthy of belonging and love, and I consider it an honor to collaborate on your courageous journey.
