About Me
I am a bilingual clinician working with immigrants, children of immigrants, and BIPOC clients, especially Filipino-American and Asian-American folks, who are carrying trauma that talk therapy alone hasn't been able to touch. I've been using EMDR since 2022 to help people process what's stuck; not by retelling every detail, but by letting the nervous system finally file it away. I'm EMDR-trained and currently pursuing certification. Sessions are offered in English and Tagalog, virtually across California and in person in San Francisco.
