About Me
Dr. Packard has a history of working in inpatient hospital and outpatient mental health, teaching at the university level, as well as leading clinical teams in residential and Child Welfare settings. In 2007 Francine accepted a three-year appointment to serve on the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Regulatory Board. In this role, she served as the chairperson for the continuing education subcommittee, as well as the gatekeeper for the endorsement process for out-of-state professionals requesting a clinical license in the state of Ohio. Francine currently works as the Clinical Director of Counseling Services at the University of Mount Union.
