Education & Experience

My educational journey led me to the University at Albany, where I successfully completed the Mental Health Counseling Program. This pivotal phase equipped me with a strong foundation in mental health counseling and provided a platform to refine my skills in trauma treatment. Throughout this journey, I engaged in an internship at Pros RSS, where I immersed myself in the realms of crisis and trauma therapy within the broader context of generalist psychotherapy. My experience includes working with families through Functional Family Therapy, serving as a first responder for Mobile Crisis, and offering support to individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), further enhancing my capabilities in trauma work.
