About Me

Gerardo Rosas is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Associated Behavioral and Trauma Specialties, LLC (ABTS) and has been in Private Practice since 2009. He is a University of Texas at El Paso graduate with a Masters in Counseling Psychology with postgraduate education in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Gerardo has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples with a concentration on complex trauma. Gerardo has worked in the mental health field since 1999 and has practiced EMDR since 2010. He has experience in community counseling, trauma treatment, foster care treatment, inpatient facilities, and addiction treatment. Gerardo He also has extensive experience working in non-profit agencies as a clinician and administrator.
