About Me

I am a bilingual LCSW, EMDR certified and CSAT therapist. I have over twenty five years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in the outpatient, inpatient and a detox unit. My passion is EMDR. I use this beautiful treatment to help, empower, reduce shame and decrease symptoms. I continue to be amazed on how the client can witness for themselves how their brain can sort out all the experiences and find the appropriate belief. When I hold space for my clients while providing support, I get to see them flourish. We both witness a change in their mindself. I have been able to use EMDR with clients that have been diagnosed with ADHD and seeing the reduction in shame and validation is an honor.
