About Me
I offer in person sessions in Farmington & Telehealth sessions. The back of the building has chairs and space to sit that overlooks the majestic river. My client age range involves counseling for adults. My areas of specialty include; anxiety, depression, young adult, stress management, health concerns/topics, womens issues & body image/self esteem, grief and loss. I am also EMDR trained. I have over 17 years experience working as a High School Counselor; employed by the State of CT. I am also an Intuitive Reiki Master as well as an Integrated Energy Therapist. These holistic and complementary therapy modalities are a beneficial component of my practice. When our body and mind relax, true healing can occur. I am genuine, caring, & empathic.
