About Me
Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience supporting clients through various life challenges. My background in healthcare as well as teaching in the U.S. and in Asia have shaped my belief that growth happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported. I am also a passionate ally who deeply considers how the systems we live in impact us in our day-to-day lives. Many of my clients are are carrying burdens such as navigating chronic illness of themselves or a loved one, lingering pain from trying life experiences, grief and loss, stressful life transitions, or the depression and anxiety fueled by life circumstances that do not align with our deeper human values and beliefs.

Education & Experience
I am a social worker through and through! I started off with my BSW from the University of Kansas in 2012 and completed my Masters in 2022 from Metropolitan University of Denver. I utilize several main therapy modalities that I fuse into my EMDR work including IFS/parts work, Mindfulness, Somatic and attachment approaches and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I also pull upon motivation interviewing when it may be helpful to clients.
