About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C), and EMDRIA Certified Therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and the impact of early relational experiences on present-day functioning. As the founder and Clinical Director of Nova Psychotherapy Services in Gilbert, Arizona, I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing occurs through both insight and connection. I strive to help clients move beyond survival mode, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, identity concerns, perfectionism, codependent patterns, and major life transitions.

Education & Experience

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Arizona Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor. Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and EMDRIA Certified Therapist.

My clinical experience spans private practice, military behavioral health, first responder populations, hospice and oncology settings, and perinatal mental health care. I previously served as a primary mental health provider at Luke Air Force Base and have extensive experience supporting active-duty military members, veterans, first responders, and individuals recovering from complex trauma.

I integrate EMDR therapy with evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including CBT, IFS, mindfulness-based interventions, somatic awareness, motivational interviewing, and attachment-focused work.
