Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Grateful Insights. I provide both individual and couples counseling to adults seeking real, lasting change through in-person and virtual sessions in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas. I also offer therapy in Maine through secure telehealth sessions, expanding access to seasonal residents and others.

My approach is direct and strengths-focused. I will remind you of your inherent strengths and resilience, but I won’t shy away from offering honest feedback when you feel stuck. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and build a path toward healing and growth.
