About Me

I have 18 years of experience working with individuals and families. During this time, I have been privileged to work with people from all different backgrounds and cultures. I value diversity, and I also appreciate the uniqueness of each individual. My practice offers a warm and non-judgmental environment where individuals share feelings and thoughts and learn to develop their strengths to set and reach achievable goals. I believe each individual has a unique set of needs, and I can help you begin your journey of releasing the burden of everyday stresses. My counseling style is interactive, respectful, and empathetic. I believe we can work together to develop a plan that will allow you and your family to reach your specific goals and objectives
