About Me
I have over 13 years of experience working with clients in crisis and people impacted by trauma and injury. I've worked in settings including an acute care hospital, inpatient rehabilitation unit, outpatient brain-injury clinic, community social services, and am now a community-based therapist. I offer individual in-person counselling and EMDR trauma therapy servicing York Region and the GTA, and online therapy across the province of Ontario. I'm a warm, compassionate therapist with an empathetic ear for folks who feel they're at their breaking point, and are struggling to be at their best. Reaching out for help, especially help with mental health, can be tough. Maybe you’re thinking about what next steps to take for the betterment of your mental health and well-being, right now. If you’re wondering if therapy is right for you, I encourage you to reach out and ask for more information. Please visit our website (link in profile), or call for more information.
