I'm licensed in both Delaware and Maryland. I offer in person sessions in North Wilmington, Delaware, and tele-health sessions in Maryland and lower DE. I often work with people who have been through a traumatic experience that they continue to be affected by. I help to stop the replaying of the memories, the flashbacks, nightmares, body responses, and more. EMDR can also significantly help with untrue negative beliefs about ourselves, whether these have come from parents, relational traumas, abuse, or even small negative moments in our lives that we at first thought were insignificant.
