About Me
I specialize in working with adults who have left or are leaving high-control religions, groups, and cults. I provide trauma-informed therapy for religious trauma, faith crisis and religious deconstruction, religious residue, purity culture, and relationship difficulties related to changes in religious belief. I provide secular psychotherapy and EMDR therapy through online sessions in English, French, and Spanish. Online therapy is available to adults located in U.S. states where I am licensed; please visit my website for current state licensure information.
