About Me

You may be the one who holds everything together: for your family, at work, across two cultures. And somewhere along the way, it became too much. Maybe it shows up as anxiety, exhaustion, feeling disconnected from yourself, or old pain that still feels close.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) in Ontario, and I work with South Asian, BIPOC, and immigrant women navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and the pressures of living between cultures and generations. I understand that family, faith, and community are often sources of both strength and strain, and that you shouldn't have to explain your culture before you can be understood.

I'm EMDR-trained, and I integrate parts work (IFS-informed), DBT skills, and body-based approaches. We move at a pace that feels safe, building stability and resources before processing difficult memories.

I offer virtual sessions across Ontario and in-person sessions in Etobicoke.
