About Me
As an affect-oriented therapist, I believe meaningful change happens when we can safely connect with and understand our emotions. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced attachment trauma, using AEDP and EMDR to support clients in processing trauma and developing improved emotion regulation, in the context of a safe, secure relationship that we build together. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach is person-centered, relational, and grounded in anti-oppressive and feminist frameworks, honoring your identity, autonomy, and lived experience.
