About Me

I have extensive experience working with individuals who are seeking healing from trauma, navigating anxiety and depression, developing their identity, and improving relationships. My ideal clients are committed to self-awareness, open to exploring emotions, and willing to engage in introspection. They value authenticity, trust the therapeutic process, and actively participate in their own growth. They appreciate a clinician who is strengths based, trauma informed, and encouraging to help guide them through their unique and individual healing process. I am also a lifelong equestrian and strive to use my education and experience to help other riders overcome competition and performance anxiety. I am passionate about working with others to help them overcome and heal from life's challenges to reach mental wellness. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, holistic, collaborative, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I do this through the use of evidence based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and strengths based interventions among others.
