Hanna Zavrazhyna, MSW, RSW
(She, her)
About Me
Hanna’s training and experience include trauma work with survivors of family violence, childhood abuse and neglect, was and displacement, sexual assault, gender and racial violence, and other traumatic events, as well as people who struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, phobias, depression, low self-esteem, chronic pain, eating disorders, sleep difficulties, high stress, grief, relationship issues, anger management, OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking). While she has a diverse practice, Hanna has particular interest in wellness strategies and the process of recovery from chemical and behavioural addictions. Hanna believes people are their own best experts and already have many skills, abilities, and competencies that will help them to deal with the challenges. She takes a compassionate, non-judgmental, and evidenced based approach to her practice to help you overcome feeling hunted, guilty, trapped, shameful, blocked, insignificant, defeated, and desperate. In addition to English, Hanna provides therapy in Ukrainian and Russian languages.
