As a clinician, I enjoy assisting children/adolescents and caregivers/parents to work through a variety of challenges related to emotional regulation, behavior, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions and trauma. As a fellow human, I enjoy the great outdoors, traveling, reading, caretaking of plants and trees, yoga, hiking and singing.
Education & Experience
I have more than 20 years of experience in the social work field, supporting perinatal women, infants, children/adolescents and parenting/caregiving adults in a variety of roles and settings. My therapy practice is informed by an integrative framework including EMDR, family systems, interpersonal neurobiology, developmental, attachment and CBT approaches.
