About Me

Hannah is interested in helping clients reconceptualize difficult events and collaborate with people to build positive experiences through life. As a clinical social worker, Hannah looks to develop an understanding of where people are at in relation to the influences of their culture, environment, and current experiences. Hannah most frequently works with adults addressing various life experiences. These life experiences have been anything from life transitions, adjusting to life with differing abilities, symptoms of serious mental illness, learning more about identity and culture, and everything in between. Hannah engages with clients through empathetic and research-based approaches. She has extensive experience in working with people managing severe mental health symptoms. Hannah has experience in various therapy modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and eclectic methods. Hannah's approach focuses on the therapeutic relationship and finding healing through connection. In her practice, Hannah enjoys learning, caring and growth. She likes working to conceptualize a situation in an authentic way while providing structure, boundaries, and trust. Hannah views therapy as a collaboration between explorers.
