About Me
Hannah is intentional about creating an environment of safety and trust. Hannah has a therapy dog named Ada. Ada will often join Hannah for therapy sessions. Hannah is trained in a variety of modalities including but not limited to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), IFS, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Animal Assisted Intervention, and Attachment Theory. She works with individuals across the lifespan.
