About Me

I am honored to support others in their healing journey using a modality that truly helped me discover my self after childhood trauma. I specialize in treating relational trauma using holistic methods that include body, mind, and spirit in your process. Issues treated include intergenerational trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, "small t" attachment trauma, and sexual violence. I incorporate internal family systems and somatic therapy into my work. I provide trainings on integrating yoga into western psychotherapy through the Trauma Institute.

Education & Experience

I earned my MSW Smith College School for Social Work, and later went on to complete a Post Graduate Fellowship at The Trauma Institute (TI). I now provide trainings on integrating Yoga into Psychotherapy with the Trauma Institute. At TI I received training in EMDR, Progressive Counting, the Flash Technique, Intensive Therapy, and Attachment and Dissociation. I have studied Yoga and Psychotherapy with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and Somatic Psychology with Arielle Schwartz. I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of UMass Amherst, and hold a BSc in Public Health. I am a lifelong student of yoga, and completed a yoga teacher training at the Kripalu Center in 2014. I was trained as a Rape Crisis Counselor Advocate during my year long internship with UMass Center for Women and Community.
