About Me
In my work with individuals and couples I believe that my clients are the experts on their lives, and I'm an expert in helping people grow. I approach therapeutic work from a strengths-based, relational perspective, recognizing that therapy is a cooperative endeavor. I specialize in helping people process and heal from complex trauma, PTSD, and moral injury, with a special focus on survivors of spiritual abuse, sex trafficking, and involvement in high control groups and cults.
