About Me
I see clients in office & online. Although I am an LMFT, I only see individuals, and all my advanced training over the past 14 years has been based on working with individuals. I am fully certified in EMDR, and find it to be very effective. However, I work with other modalities as well: IFS-Informed EMDR; ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy- the 3rd wave of CBT); Mindfulness-Based approaches; and Existential Therapy. I view my primary goal as creating a safe place for my clients. My philosophy is largely collaborative- we work as equal partners.
