EMDR Certified Therapist

Online Therapy

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and EMDR Certified Therapist offering online psychotherapy services for adults, adolescents, couples and families. I specialize in relational therapy and complex trauma in addition to eating disorders, integrating an attachment-focused, somatically-oriented, trauma-informed perspective that incorporates a parts work method called Ego-State Therapy. I am currently licensed in California, Hawaii, New York, Illinois and Maine. I am passionate about healing attachment and relational issues within couples and families as well as working with individuals seeking both relief and personal growth from their suffering. My approach is highly collaborative with goals of improving insight and awareness of self-defeating patterns to allow for meaningful shifts in how clients relate to others, behave in the world and feel about themselves. I offer a supportive environment for change through authentic warmth and compassion. I am also gently and respectfully challenging and direct. I truly love what I do.
