I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, EMDR Certified Therapist and Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider offering online psychotherapy services for adults, adolescents, couples and families. I am licensed in both California and Hawaii. With training in several modalities, I am passionate about healing attachment and relational issues within couples and families as well as working with individuals seeking both relief and personal growth from their suffering. My approach is highly collaborative with goals of improving insight and awareness of self-defeating patterns to allow for meaningful shifts in how clients relate to others, behave in the world and feel about themselves.
