About Me
I'm a trauma therapist with lived experience and I value authenticity greatly. I support clients working through trauma, depression, and relationship patterns shaped by chronic stress. I use an integrative, client-centered approach rooted in compassion and trauma-informed care. Your experience will feel collaborative and paced to your needs. We may draw from EMDR to process trauma, ACT to support internal peace, DBT and somatic tools for regulation, psychodynamic work to understand patterns, and culturally sensitive support that honors your identity and strengths. Treatment focuses on learning emotional regulation, deepening insight, and building connection with others. I specialize in LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients and use an affirming, culturally responsive lens to support diverse and marginalized communities in finding safety and voice.
Education & Experience
I specialize in complex trauma and provide affirming, identity-attuned care for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. I blend EMDR, ACT, DBT, MBCT, EFT, somatic, and attachment-focused approaches to create a safe space to explore trauma, strengthen resilience, and develop greater stability in life.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am a Clinical Supervisor for associate therapists working toward licensure in CA, PA, and MO.
